Sports Medicine Hawaii is located within the Infinity Life Center at Waterfront Plaza in Honolulu Hawaii. Sports Medicine Hawaii is led by Dr. Farzad Pourarian – an Osteopathic Physician, Board Certified in both Internal & Sports Medicine. His goal is to optimize a patients ability to perform adequate physical activity through non surgical intervention in order to improve their quality of life and allow them to continue doing the things they love.

Sports Medicine Hawaii and Dr. Farz comprise the Non Surgical Orthopedic, Internal & Sports Medicine components of a larger suite of comprehensive medical services offered at Infinity Life Center which also includes Wellness Medicine, IV Therapy, Stem Cell Therapy & Plastic Surgery.
